«Siamo i partecipanti al Laboratorio di comunicazione del Progetto FAMI “L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare, partecipare” (capofila ItaStra, Scuola di Lingua italiana per Stranieri dell’Università di Palermo). Abbiamo deciso di aprire oggi uno spazio di informazione sulla emergenza sanitaria dovuta al Coronavirus (COVID19) rivolto in primo luogo alla popolazione migrante di Palermo e subito dopo alle nostre famiglie in Africa. Insieme a noi, oltre i docenti di ItaStra, l’associazione Pluralia che coordina il progetto di comunicazione.

“Vite in Movimento / infopoint” nasce dall’idea di giovani migranti che frequentano il Laboratorio di Comunicazione del Progetto FAMI “L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare, partecipare” (capofila ItaStra, Scuola di Lingua italiana per Stranieri dell’Università di Palermo, coordinamento della comunicazione dell’Associazione Pluralia).
Un infopoint digitale in cui condividere informazioni, suggerimenti e proposte per fornire un servizio di utilità sociale rivolto direttamente ai migranti e soggetti fragili che a Palermo hanno bisogno di trovare risposte sull’emergenza Coronavirus (COVID19): che cos’è? / come prevenire il contagio? / a chi rivolgersi per assistenza sanitaria / accoglienza / dove mangiare? / dove dormire? / lavoro / diritti e doveri.
Risposte corrette, verificate, da fonti attendibili e soprattutto che sappiano parlare le tante lingue di chi vive la condizione di marginalità e fragilità nelle nostre città.
Invitiamo tutte le realtà che operano nel sociale, istituzioni e amici che contribuiranno a queste pagine a mantenere alta la qualità delle informazioni che tratteremo in questo infopoint. Ogni contributo è prezioso».

«We are the members of the Communication Workshop developed within the AMIF Project L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare partecipare / Italian Language for Communication, Employment, and Participation (project leader: ItaStra, Italian Language School at the University of Palermo).
We have decided to set up an info point about the health emergency caused by the current outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The info point is first and foremost conceived for the migrants who live in the city of Palermo and for our families in Africa.
To this end, we will work closely with the teachers of ItaStra and with the association Pluralia, which coordinates our Communication Workshop.

“Vite in Movimento / info point” (Human Lives in Movement / Info Point) was created by the young migrants who attend the Communication Workshop developed within the AMIF Project L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare partecipare / Italian Language for Communication, Employment, and Participation (project leader: ItaStra, Italian Language School at the University of Palermo; communication coordinator: Associazione Pluralia).
It’s a digital info point where we will be sharing info, tips, and ideas so as to serve directly the community of migrants and vulnerable people who live in Palermo and who need answers to the most common questions on the current outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19): what is it? / how can you avoid spreading it? / who should you call for medical assistance? / what about the reception system? / where can you eat? / where can you sleep? / can you go to work? / what are your rights and duties?
We are going to share correct and reliable information in the many languages spoken by the marginalised of our cities.
We ask the social workers, the members of the institutions, and our friends, who will be contributing the construction of of this project to make sure that the information shared on the info point is of high quality.

«Nous sommes les participants du Laboratoire de Communication du Projet FAMI “L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare partecipare” — L’italien pour communiquer, participer, travailler — (chef de file ItaStra, Ecole de langue italienne pour étranger de l’Université de Palerme).
Nous avons décidé de créer un espace d’information sur l’urgence de santé causé par la pandémie de COVID-19 liée au coronavirus. Cet espace sera consacré surtout à la population migrante de Palerme et à nos familles en Afrique.
Nous serons en collaboration étroite avec les enseignants d’ItaStra et avec l’association Pluralia, qui coordonne le projet de communication.

“Vite in Movimento / infopoint” (Des vies en mouvement / guichet d’information) a été conçu par de jeunes migrants qui fréquentent le Laboratoire de Communication du Projet FAMI “L’italiano per comunicare, lavorare partecipare” — L’italien pour communiquer, participer, travailler — (chef de file: ItaStra, Ecole de langue italienne pour étranger de l’Université de Palerme; coordination de la communication: Associazione Pluralia).
Il s’agit d’un guichet d’information numérique où nous allons partager renseignements, suggestions et propositions pour fournir un service directe d’utilité sociale aux migrants et aux sujets vulnérables de Palerme qui ont besoin de trouver des réponses sur l’urgence de santé causé par la pandémie de COVID-19 liée au coronavirus: qu’est-ce que c’est? / comment éviter sa diffusion? / à qui faut-il s’adresser pour recevoir une assistance sanitaire? / qu’en est-il du système d’accueil / où peut-on manger? / où peut-on dormir? / peut-on aller travailler? / quels sont mes droits et devoirs?
Nous fournirons des informations correctes, vérifiées, repérées à partir de sources fiables, et qui sachent surtout parler les nombreuses langues de ceux qui se trouvent dans des conditions de marginalisation et de fragilité au sein de nos villes.
Nous invitons tous les opérateurs sociaux, les institutions, et nos amis qui vont contribuer à la construction de ces pages, à s’assurer de la bonne qualité des informations qui seront partagées sur notre guichet d’information.
